Pine Mountain ride today

Bought this 'survivor' Pine Mountain a while back but only just got around to riding it.

First ride out since I slipped my disc in July. The bike felt so sorted and smooth. Only did about 10k around some light Surrey Hills trails, quick hose down and then took these pics. Bike looks much fresher than me but rode like a brand new bike. Chain was a little snatchy but just down to some stiff links. It certainly didn't feel like a 24 year old but then neither did I.

Mark.

Wow that is in nice shape.

Many folks were riding similar Marin bikes just before I moved from San Francisco in the Spring of 1992. Marin had opened a boutique retail store in the SOMA district long before the area became fashionable. Looks like it may still be there.

Lovely bit of kit mate!
I remember loving those back in the day and they still look just as good today.
