Full bike - 48-51cm Road Bike (or frame?) - SORTED

I'm keen to have a bike to get me through the wet winter days. I'd quite like a complete bike, something modern-ish, maybe 1996 onwards? Frame needs to be approx 48-51cm. Would consider just a frameset, but would quite like a complete bike.

Can anyone help?
