Project Bontrager :: Finished..

Finished it. It rocks, so stoked with the ride.. Just like I remember, low, responsive, tight rear end :shock: on rails on the switchbacks..

Beautiful SunSet here tonite so I thought it was pretty opportune :cool:

Giant JPEG for closer inspection

Superb!

If I was going to build mine up geared I'd want it to look as cool as that, a great mix of old and new :D

Stu

Very nice kingroon :D Also like the pics. They remind me a bit of my '95 Bonty brochure, where you see Bonty's photograped in the dunes

Cheers stu, yeah it's not a strictly retro build, but I didn't weant to sacrifice my dream build for adhering to strict specification! I think I'm gunna pick up a set of those Porc 2s on Ebay for it though, as much as the Bontrager name is cool on the tyres, they're a bit too modern [Trek owned etc.]..

So cool cruising around on Thumbies too, forgot how good they actually are!

Cheers Rich, yeah mate, totally stoked with the finished bike.. It rides so sweet!

How's that Pace comin along? Is it pink yet??!

Hehe....not quite...still scraping the cents together..soon though my friend..soon... ;)

Looks very smooth kingroon, very clean and well thought build. Bet it rides great :twisted:
