There may be something to that, these sorts seem to either gravitate towards certain professions/organisations or become involved once they are there. Certainly seems to be a culture of acceptance at the BBC. Hopefully that is not libellous.

it's not flyer, Stuart Hall and an oppo had a room set aside for fake job interviews @ the bbc (they were the interviewers) with the pimp appointed to source 'possibles' being aslo known (and named) but alas he did a saville and kicked-it.
