It would be an M901 if it was tip pull (unless on some the sticker had fallen of where m900 was stamped underneath)mtbdave":110y8qbt said:

There was also never a top-swing version, just this good old conventional style in top and bottom pull.

High-band is conventional.
It is bottom-pull.
Is is as pictured, hard to go wrong with that.
Top-swing is them modern fangled all look the same jobs.
