That looks very nice, well done! We have a very similar taste in fact, quite a few of those components are working their way onto one or two of my slow burner projects.

What does it ride like?

thats yummy very yummy
like the front forks, ive gone rigid on mine also, black rings to match the cranks, need one of those front hangers for brakes like yours either that or change the stem,,,
im sure it rides great and stops well with the graftons,,,,

Thanks. I know, I bolted it on before work to take the pictures. Going out to the garage now to adjust it.

Thank you. I had been saving these components for either a Merlin or a Yeti. Since I will never find a XL Yeti...
It is a funky ride. The forks are super flexy, especially with my fat arse riding it, but it is solid. I went on a ride tonight and really enjoyed the ride. It is a keeper for sure.

Thanks. The Graftons work great, but are too powerful for the IRD forks. Hard braking causes major flexing.
I got the hangers from racer x. They are not only good looking, but might be the best I have used. I am glad I got two pairs.
