Hi,just joined this morning,came across the site via Google,riding a 97 Specialized Rockhopper Comp FS,fitted with riser bars and short stem as my back & neck won't put up with the original riding position! :-/ still have the original bars,stem& pedals in she'd tho!!

Hello - welcome to the site!

Is it a steel "nitanium" model? If so they are nice, ride well. I have one built for my wife, think its a 1998 model but it's the same frame.

Hi,thanks! It's an aluminium frame,powder blue colour actually,I'll posts pic once I figure out how to!! ;-)

Easiest way is to put pics on photobucket or flikr and copy the link here.

The alu ones always looked good. The blue one like yours and the lime green especially.
