Interested in the Cook E-Series, would you sell without the rings, and is the spider removable?

I would sell without the rings and I'm pretty sure the spider is removable - would need to confirm though...

Yes, the E and F series cranks had removeable/interchangeable spiders. The earlier Cook Bros. Racing, Cook's or CQP cranks did not.
Still interested in the 46t red Middleburn chainring, and any 36t you may have, if you decide to split!

I've got two sets of E-series, one is removable the other later version not. I would want to get these re anodised hence my question.
