1990 trek 700

Hello-I have been asked to sell a couple of my Dads old bikes as we have too many! It was his first Mtb from switching from Road Racing.Its a 1990 trek 7000 think its 18" (he is 5'9) and fits him.Bought brand new and fitted with deore lx,Matrix mt aero wheels,standard true temper forks and bars.Used for a couple of years and then frame oversprayed in 1992,bright green,yellow,orange and pink.Decals still visible below.He replaced b/b with a fram sealed unit and headset with a stronglight one.Original crank was changed under warranty with a black xt unit as it sucked chain and inner ring is a pace 26.
At some point the front changer has been changed to a thumb one(not the rapid fire) and rear changer has lost it cover while on loan
The bike has original front tyre but while on loan the Farmer John rear was popped so has been replaced with some inferior make.
Its rides well and wheels /frame are good.I am in Sheffield and open to offers.
