I have some STX 7 speed STI's if they're any good? They came off a bike I bought and I've not used them. The shift levers are a little sticky but when I pushed a cable through and 'shifted' with it pulled it tight they seemed to return ok. Nothing posted sound ok?

I've an LX parralax rear hub on a good 517 - no cassette - could do with a bit of a true but to the collection FOC if of use? (have some nasty cheng sung tyres if you're stuck for them too)

Might have a front wheel stashed somewhere - but i'll need to go rooting!

Is the parrallax an 8/9sp hub? just checking as I have a 7sp cassette donated previously to the cause..

TBH i don't know - i'll look in t'shed tomorrow - and check the ref - it was bought on here for the rim but never used as I rediscovered my love-in with Araya
