Basso resurrected

Renais

Dirt Disciple
I bought this frameset C1990 and built it for my youngest daughter. I recently "rescued" the bike from her garden and sent it to Ellis Briggs who managed to remove the stuck seatpost and stem as well as have it re-enamelled with new decals got from the internet. The bike has been rebuilt with mainly original parts and I took it for a short ride today. I'd be interested to know if I can get a chainstay protector similar to the original ?

Tubing is Columbus Cromor

The TA 35/50 chainset runs with a 28 tooth block. I need those low gears now :D
