Best retro tools ever..

Yes I believe they were the ones...

They were in an old air-b latex inner tube box, with a 7.99 price tag still on it..

I could never get on with them, in fact I thought they were rubbish!

How exactly were you ever supposed to get one under the bead to lever the s*dding tyre off? :x

Good hand/eye coordination I guess...

I broke countless tyre levers bitd but these coped with the most brutal of onslaughts in the name of removing a tight wire bead farmer John nephew..

I couldn't even get the damn things under the bead of my 1.9 Tioga City Slickers, with AirB inner tubes as it happens...

...actually bent one in half before junking them in favour of some good old 'steelies'

only got one left, lost one on dartmoor bitd, was chuffed to still have mine after all those years still in random bike bits boxes

Can't comment on the levers, but I remember my riding buddy buying some Air-B tubes BitD, and getting 5 punctures in the first week.... that may have been his riding 'style', but it put me off of them....

Weren't these levers named "Milk Levers" because they were made from recycled plastic milk containers?

Great idea.
