Anyone know what this maybe :?:

A friend ask me & its an oldish track frame painted white but says its chromed underneath. Could be 60's made.
I thought Rossin at first as he worked for Colnago back in the early years but not sure myself.

 
Morris? his lug and headwork was a bit like that

Is the headset integrated in the frame...........or is that just paint.

Just paint as I'm told this frame is from around the 60's but does look a little older.

Well it certainly looks 50s to me, the "R" has got to be a huge clue - very special looking frame none the less...
 
to me it looks earlier than a 60's frame, we had an original Rensch tandem in the shop awhile ago that had a fancier version of the initial R on the head tube along with the playing card emblems on the seat tube if my memory serves me correct.......looks also to have a headclip rather than a headset and a b/bracket oil port which would place it 1950's or possibly earlier, very nice and definitely worth restoring!
 
Yeap, definately a Repco. A lovely one at that ;)
Back in the day made some really nice, classy lightweights.
Brand was taken over and turned into a sort of generic cheap brand type BSO's.
