Thank you, yeah that's one I've come across a lot but as above I am concerned the fit might be a problem with the sealed units, in pics the diameters look a lot higher than the space I have to fill, the two pics below show, what I've pulled out and in the second you can see the tube I am having concerns about....
If I remember correctly it's a grease nipple FluffyChicken, whip it out and squirt some grease into the BB chamber through the tube I have just ejected.
