L&M and Cook Bros. chain rings.
Ringle ti skewers.

Custom paint in metalic black by Bob Jackson Cycles.

I worked with the importer when that bikes was new. Those were the XC full suspension bikes back in the day. Pretty popular overhere in Holland.

Seems you put a lot of effort your project. Nice parts all over. Well done!

Hi,I bought a new 856 frameset in 1996 in silver.
I built it up with Rock Shox Judy XC,Middleburn RS2's (can't remember what else).

Yeah I agree. That's an awesome 856. Loving the detail, and the mixture of red and black.

Could do with another Spin though.
