Interested in the wheels. Are the hubs cup and ball bearing or are they cartridge bearings? If they are cartridge bearings I a really intrested. How much to Scotland?

Hi there Josh,
Don't know if my last post went up. I'm intrested in the wheels. What type of bearing do they have and are the running smoothly. If the bearings are smooth I will have them. How much is postage to Scotland?
