replacement for Dura ace 8 speed Cassette

Hi guys,
The cassette on my merckx corsa extra has a Dura ace 8 speed hyperglide Cassette, I understand that you can only go upto 28 tooth so I am after 11-18
I have found the"Shimano HG70 Cassette 11-28 8 Speed" will this fit? any other suggestions??!!

Yes it will fit, but you might have problems with the mech being unable to take up all the slack in the chain. However, it is an MTB cassette. Personally I'd buy a road one unless you need the lower gearing (depending on where you are in Somerset that might be a good idea!)

Personally I'd fit a basic 8 speed one with the right gears.

I use a SRAM PG850 12-26 for cyclo-cross and they are well-made, light cassettes that work well. Something similar but cheaper from Sunrace is available from a few eBay sellers; it's a little bit heavier and the plated finish isn't as shiny as the SRAM stuff but otherwise a nicely-engineered budget cassette that shifts well:
