Super Gear bi-directional crankset

that is utterly barking - I'd love to know how many they actually sold. Does it also go forwards if you pedal forwards?

It would be great on one of those clown bikes that goes left when you steer right.

More importantly - can anyone come up with a good reason to need them?

Imagine if mixed with a Speed drive bottom bracket and a SRAM dual drive rear hub - the most insane drive train money could buy

I guess there might be some value in rehabilitating/preventing certain injuries?

After all there are plenty of people who run backwards.

Would bring a whole new dimension to doing track stands at traffic lights. The new toy for the extreme fixie hipster.

I've been thinking about this, and given the prefix 'retro-' means 'backwards' we actually all need one of these cranks on our bikes.

Although the same justification could be used for 180° rotated forks or seat posts.
