Re: Red Hope titanium/Mavic 230 TiB lightweight wheelset

What are the weights?
Are they normal DT DB spoke (look like brass nipples too not Alu?) or Revs, can't quite tell?

P.S. That's a lightweight, not a superlight front hub.

Re: Red Hope titanium/Mavic 230 TiB lightweight wheelset

I don't have any scales unfortunately, but all nipples are brass, the spokes are all DT, but appear to be 'normal' DT in the front wheel, the rear is built with a mix of double butted (rev? Drive side) and some of the lighter weight ones - Speed?

Re: Red Hope titanium/Mavic 230 TiB lightweight wheelset

Rod - is that rear disc just for "Hope discs" or is it a more generic fitting?

Re: Red Hope titanium/Mavic 230 TiB lightweight wheelset

It is for a Hope slit-on carrier that then does up with a lock-ring - I have only ever seen the carrier with a 5 bolt Hope pattern though to take Hope's proprieatary 5 bolt disc.

Re: Red Hope titanium/Mavic 230 TiB lightweight wheelset

Nope, think I'm going to stick to suntour and suspension so these'll not be much use to me.
Just posting to inform and bump if needed :)
