That would be tough to prove!
Even the humble Nova had electronic carbs, mk3 Escorts had ABS. Engine management came in in the late 1970's, ABS, mainstream from around 1979.
Mind you, anything 'British' was definitely analog.
And most often beige.

Not really, I've only had four cars:
Triumph Herald
Mini Clubman
Mk1 Volkswagen Golf
Skoda Felicia
All had carburettors except the Skoda, which was fuel injection, so I guess that would have had some sort of engine management doohickey, no ABS, power steering or electric windows though.

But they'll all have engine management systems, if nothing else.
And didn't the McLaren F1 have some sort of in-built modem and diagnostics that you could connect it up to a phone line and it would dial the factory?
