Need some help restoring Reynolds 531

I am looking for some advise regarding a Reynolds 531 super tourist.
I am restoring this bike and i am unsure what to replace the headset and bottom bracket with, could you advise me the size and type of each i should look for.
Please could you provide a example of each.
Any information you can provide will be appreciated

Are there any sizes or markings that can guide you?

As far as I know the info you provided is too vague.

The bottom bracket sizes are different on my 531 bikes, i dare say the headset sizes vary between bikes aswell.

I usually get the LBS to do the BB's and headsets, to save buying bits that wont fit.

You can fit a modern sealed cartridge BB to avoid future maintenance, its not authentic but nobody ever sees it and its a more practical & smoother solution.

cheers guys,
i have managed to fix the problem,
i found a old, dented falcon frame, that has donated it's parts to the cause.
she's almost ride-able again, just waiting for a new wheel set and got to tape the bars.
