i'm rebuildding my swisscross as a singlespeed for the upcoming season:

New brakes: Avid ultimate.
New brake levers: Sram road alu
New back wheel: White ind. ENO hub and WI freewheel to CXP33 rim
New tyres: Racing ralph 700x33c (i hope the ENO hub will give me some extra clearings...)
New cranks Duraace and stronglight ct2 Chainring
New carbon ritchey seat post

After having looked for ages I had to buy the 2013 model.....

Still need too find a nice Ritchey seat post in 27.0 and fit some salmon koolstop pads.

Took it for a 20km ride this evening and it feels really great both on track and road!
 
i also canged the seat to a flite TT and the bars to an Ritchey comp ergo

Cool bike for sure, Ritchey's are pure class.

Curious though, I've never seen a front brake drop set-up like that, how does it work? Any reason you decided not to go the traditional route?

P.S. I like the SS build
 
It works perfect, i didn't have a nice 1" cable stop and i had used this setup on my bontrager so i decided to try it again. and then its light weight:)
