Fillet Brazed Titanium ?

i looked into this its really difficult. I also looked in time machines but the maths was too hard.

if you want a Ti bike with bigger smoother joints its possible to do multiple passes to build up a bigger fillet.then finish it off. it a lot more work and finishing will be a pain as ti is harder than braze to cut back. but hey that's what would make it nice right.

This was a signature of Nevi Titanium in the late 80's & early 90's - got an early 90's MTB frame waiting it's turn for polishing & building.
Finished 'fillets' are nowhere near the seamless quality you find on Ibis Ti stems though!

Will dig out a photo later....

that was the result of the work with gary helfrich, arctos. he made them first incl. frames with such "welds".

can't remember the name but there was a road frame in the 70's/80's looking "smooth".
