Two Raleigh frames- one free, one cheap!

Hello Retrobikers

I have 2 old frames for give away/sale:

First one is a broken Raleigh Record Sprint. Reynolds 501.
It has a broken dropout on the drive side- see picture.
At some stage its been sprayed matt black (not a professional job) but since then its had some wear with chips etc. But apart from the break the frame is straight and sound. Only a little rust.
Original (I think) headset included.
Seat-tube 58cm ctc, top-tube 56cm ctc.
I'm not a welder but perhaps it could be fixed?

Second is also a Raleigh, 'Sports' model I think.
Its a good sturdy frame. It doesn't weigh a ton, but its not lightweight. It's straight and sound and has some neat details like the wrap-over seatstays. Think its for 27" wheels.
At some stage it has been possibly hand painted so the finish is not so good.
A little rust that I can see.
Cottered bottom bracket, steel headset and stem included. The stem is stuck at the moment but I haven't had a proper go at it. Probably in a vice it would come out no problem - the seatpost came out easy. I'll include the seatpost too.
Seat-tube 56cm ctc, top-tube 56cm ctc.
Could make for a lovely retro 3-speed build.

Price: £30 -Collection from Stepney Green, or posted in bike box for £20 extra (UK mainland).

Would I be able to buy the headset on the damaged frame as it is one of the few items I'm missing for a retro rebuild?

You can have the headset for nowt. It probably needs a good service, maybe new bearings.
You can pick up or I'll just post it second class.

£50 covers both frames and postage for both to UK mainland.

Headset on broken frame may not be included as someone else expressed interest before you.

Ah. Ok. How about £45.00 as no headset? Of am I being cheeky?

Still £50. The broken frame was free so all cost is for the blue frame.
Not charging the other person for the headset so no reduction.

Ok. Against my better wisdom. Can I just check that the only damage is to the black one with a split drop out at rear right side. No other dings or dents? If so then let me know by pm how you wish to be paid . Oh and can you let me know rear and front oln and length of chain stays so I can consider cold setting if needed. Thanks
