:D That is superb, what did you use to rebond the joints?
I used hot air gun only ( and gloves, sure).
At first I cut one pipe from main triangle of a frame (vertical), and then began to heat an aluminum joint. When it heated up enough ( I won't be able to tell exact temperature, it is necessary simply to try to turn from time to time a pipe) frame was rebounded.

so cool!
can I buy it when your son has outgrown it?
that would possibly be abot the time when my one is big enough.
cheers
:D
It's so early to talk about it...
It might be that I'll keep this bike for my son as part of his life, who knows.... Or as art-object...

PS Also I already received another broken Vitus full alu frame and I'll try to do the same, but size 'll be a bit bigger but still for child... For my son.
