Get it used
oh.....it will be.....don't you worry!!! ;)
just don't know if it will be used ss/geared/fs\rigid/painted\polished/ratty\pub bike for the mrs/testbed for wheels i build\town bike with townsend decals?

Stick it back on ebay with a better description and postage? ;)

If it was mine I'd polish it.

I would say 1991/92 based on the one I had as the chainsuck device etc. is the same.

Don't underestimate a Rascal. I restored one and it was an awesome machine. I sold it to a member on Retrobike for over £800 but it was worth every penny.

I think this tri-fade is possible to achieve by most good painters unlike some of the Attitudes which clearly need specialists like Jon.

Looks like a 1992 Rascal to me, 1991 was green to black fade (mine was). And it's indeed a Rascal, a true Top Gun has a gusset under the downtube to the headtube.

Get it painted and use it, I've repainted mine in white with black decals (the original paint was coming off everywhere). These ride like a dream!! ;-) Very comfortable bikes, put in a rigid fork (SwitchBlades would be cool).

I have a 1991 Rascal(Top Gun), I am going to at some point, repaint it to the red, white and blue fade.
