Its an 1 1/8 threaded steerer.

I should have asked these other questions too:
What size post does it take?
I take it there is no fork?
is the size measured to top or seat tube, top of top tube or center of top tube?
Does it come with the other parts pictured?

Sorry but I dont have a fork for it. It came to me with a pretty miserable tioga fork which I managed to sell separately.
Size is c - t of seat tube.
Seat post is 28.2mm.
Post to Canada is coming out at £65.
If you see any forks you like in the UK youre welcome to have them sent to me and then ill send the whole package on to you, although im sure its not difficult to find parts on your side of the atlantic.

Arggg... so tempting. It's hard to actually find this stuff where I am because I am in the North. I only get one or two chances a year to rummage in the south. This is so tempting, but I know I will end up having to settle for an ugly curved fork.
