Has some nice details and lug thinning which would indicate a nicer frame, unfortunately does not ring a bell...

That fork crown is very unique so you could look through some photos on Classic Rendezvous and Classic Lightweights just to see if something similar pops up. Also BB threading will help to narrow it down a bit...
