Built my first ever wheel today, and very happy with how it's turned out...

However there's a slight wobble/buckle approx 3 eyelets long... So I need some basic advice about how to dial this out, without making things worse...

Any help greatly received :)

Your first wheel build always feels good. Your first pair even better.

One thing to bear in mind is that with some rims, especially cheaper ones, there is always a slight imperfection at the rim joint.
This is normally hidden underneath the stickers opposite the valve hole.
You can usually get them 99% laterally perfect, but they will often have a slight radial (up and down) glitch.

This isn't so much of an occurrance with higher priced welded joints than it is with pinned joins.

Anyway, go slowly and dial it out an 1/8th of a turn at a time.
