Bloody marvellous.
I'm reckoning mine must be 853 too. I've swapped the fork for a P2, fitted Thomson post and stem, lighter saddle, and it now weighs in at 21lbs. Which I thought was pretty good for a big frame (21").
Converting mine to a 29er.
