Help MTB Wheels

the first set of wheels are just cheap and nasty whereas the Coda ones may be cartridge bearing (depending on the model). They are Cannondale if you didnt know already.
 
I don't think the Coda hubs in the picture have cartridge bearings anyway. It looks like the outside of cone, with the flats, and a lock nut.
 
Bearings around £3 from an industrial bearing supplier, tap them in gently with a soft faced hammer or bearing press.
