WANTED: Black Boxster Hardtop section?

Mines a 2001 - 3.2 litre.

Tax doesnt really bother me at the end of the day. Rather not pay it but others will also have to pay. Bigger displacement = costly all round I guess!

Id go for the 3.2 seriously! I think you will miss the extra power over 2.5 and 2.7 etc. Im glad I went for the bigger engine.

It does drink fuel quite considerably so take that into account more than things like tax etc....

My insurance was 500 quid a year which isnt too bad for a Porsche and Im 31.

Shop around too as theres a few about!

Aye, I think its the running costs in general that scare me, Ive been diesel for the past 8 years as I used to have to commute 100 miles per day, these days the millage is down but the fuel is right up, and on top of that the insurance increase & hiked up tax band add up to a sizeable running cost increase.

I think its a nice dream, but unfortunately dont think its going to be suitable/affordable.

Would love to have one though... maybe just for the summer then go sensible again in the winter

yeah, similar, but i saw one in a stills advert for porsche, so there is an 'official' one. was aluminium and silver and very very cool looking.
