Kona Cinder Cone 1994 - tyre choice

Eh up,
I've just acquired a Kona Cinder Cone 1994 and am stuck as to what tyres to put on it. I did immediately think of the Smoke/Dart combo, but despite the reissue I can't find them in the UK.

What I'm after is some fast XC tyres that'll cope with all-day riding in the UK - not fussed about getting retro tyres. Any suggestions?

There's nos smoke/darts in MTB for Sale section no?

Wouldn't call em fast though.

If you're not worried about retro I'm absolutely loving the modern continentals I've got on my retromod cinder cone thing.

I've got Conti Race King 2.0's on my Cinder Cone. Fitted them during the week, and did an epic long day ride on them today. They're light, fast and very grippy. Best of all, only £13 each from Chain Reaction. Bargain!

I've got a nice pair of Kona Break and Enter in black. They're good condition but I'm not sure what era they're from.
