Re: Marzocchi z2 atom

Axle to crown is 445mm .. Don't think marzocchi ever made a lightweight fork ;)

They do however make a bombproof super plush fork

Re: Marzocchi z2 atom

Not too worried about the weight to be honest, but like to ask as they can't be any heavier than the Z4's that are on there! Off to do some measuring, will get back to you, thanks for that!

Re: Marzocchi z2 atom

Free bump, I'm going to have to pass, I've been told I have 'other priorities'

(I think this means rent and food...??)

Re: Marzocchi z2 atom

Sorely tempted by the forks for my Bravado, need to work one or two things out  and will be in touch...

Re: Marzocchi z2 atom

Was really looking for the 'atom race' rather than 'atom sport'. However, it would appear that the main difference is that the 'race' has a lockout which the 'sport' does not have.
Just got to convince myself that I can live without the lockout (tend to forget it anyway).

Could you please confirm whether the ones you have are coils and oil only, and not air? The reason I ask is that there are references to air versions of the 'atom sport', which I would not want.
