Bonding Metal Headbadge To Bare Metal Frame

Anyone bonded a metal headbadge to a bare metal frame ?

If so, what did you use ?

If it was a 'flat' badge i.e. with a large single surface area I would use silicon or similar but I fear that it could get messy with a cut away badge :

Any ideas for a neat finish appreciated :D

Cheers,

I had always understood that super glue style products really needed to etch / melt / eat into the surfaces (or at least one of the surfaces) a little to get a good bond ?

I will check into them though - cheers

Double-sided tape, the decent stuff...

...stick a patch on and cut out the waste with a scalpel (available from all good hobby/model shops)

Rivets would look cool, and hold it place.

And this to :D

If I was going down this route I was going to drill / tap for tiny button heads :D

Please keep the ideas / recomendations coming :D

I used Araldite for my Torus head tube badge. I've tried to lever it off (just to test strength) since and it's not budging!
Use IPA to clean first though.
