If you ever go to Delaware USA, go to Wilmington and visit Alans bikes. As well as stocking Seven, Serotta, Columbine and various other boutique goodies (mainly roadie), he also has a massive stock of retro stuff. Think 30 M900 XTR front mechs, 10 M900 XTR rears, cranks, shifters, hubs and all manner of other NOS boxed stuff. Salsa stems coming out of his ears, XC pro stuff, superb pro stuff, Dura Ace stems, White Industies, Pauls (no mechs though, I did ask). He asks reduced retail on it all and 'cos it's Delaware, it's tax free. He's also got a large number of second hand bikes (Fat Chance BS, Ibis Ti, Serotta Ti...) and lots of NOS forks like 1" Atom Race, White Bros etc
On the downside, Alan doesn't have a website and doesn't do mail order.
I took a couple of photos on the phone, so if I can I'll up load.
Just shows that they are still out there (and they don't know what they've got!)
