11/4 stem wanted

Hello from a newbie.
I need to change the stem on my 90,s muddy fox mtb.The current one is 150mm reach and has 28.6 stamped in the wedge part. I need one with short reach- maybe 80mm but most important I need one with a removeable handlebar clamp rather than the single bolt type

Wondering whether there is some kind of adapter I could use to enable me to use a more common 11/8 stem?

Hi

I have a flexstem 1 1/4 that is about 80mm but single bolt for handlebars
Needs new Gummi but paint is in good condition
Let me know if it is any good

Not sure i would be able to tread bullhorn bars thro, that's the problem!!
