I have a black P2, not sure about the year, maybe 92?
It is threaded, I will check the steerer and thread lengths, but I think it's for a 18" or 19" frame.
Regarding the triple butted, I thought all of them were that way, weren't they?
The bad new is that one of the brake studs is not properly aligned, it seems to be a fabrication fault, as the weld seems original.
Anyway I think this issue can be resolved when adjusting the cantilever/V-brake pad.
