I've got a 1994 Kona Lava Dome, which is nearly complete enough to put together, but I'm missing a couple of spare parts. Both 1 1/8":
Kona Velocity stem cap
Kona Impact headset lockring
Here's a pic of the parts (or lack of parts in the cap's case):
It also needs a 27.2mm seatpost, in not-too-scratched glossy black. I don't mind going to ebay for that, but if anyone's got one just hanging around....
