maybe lower the front straddle wire a touch so it matches the rear.

and the nose of the saddle...lower that sucker too.

I like the Deore LX parts. I always liked the black Deore LX stuff. Good choice!

Ok! I see what I can do ;) I wanted to keep all the same with the LX stuff from the '90's years to keep the retro look, thanks chaps

i wasnt being fussy  just thought it might be the reason the forks look long even though im sure guys right its the skinny tyres

The update and it's finished, I have trimmed down the brake and gear cables, I bought a Charge saddle, Push foam grips and put the older version of Continental Cross Country 26 x 1.5 tyres with amber sidewall to have the retro look, here is the latest pics.

Looking good - garden looks well kept too!

Any more of those Continental skinwalls where those came from?

Thanks Little Bob, I got those tyres second hand from Sithlord a few weeks back (thanks Sithlord) brilliant for both off road and tarmac riding.

It's my parent's garden, and the lawn was cut too so thought it's perfect to take some more pics while the sun is out this morning.
