Well, I finished it yesterday, rode it about a bit and swapped out the stem for a Ringle Zooka. Today I took it over to Bedgebury XC trails and it was superb!

Surprised at the fairly supple ride to be honest, I was following these guys in full body armor on downhill bikes....on an XC trail. Wonders never cease.

Anyway, some pics!

Seriously good looking fat

I also think the ringle stem looks better than the syncros you had before.

Cheers, I agree, will keep the Zooka on there now I think.

It looks superb in natural settings and i'm 100% in agreement over the Zooka stem looking so much better compared to the Syncros one lol ;) ..

Nice...love the colour as well

Best buy some more bottle cage bolts for the seat tube squire, you wouldn't want too much water creeping in there...

Good call, and they're in there now!

nice, Fats are growing on me at the minute. That colour looks lovely.

Sorry to be a picky F***er though, but shouldn't the RC35 stantions be flush with the crown?
I'd be worried about the bottom out because you've reduced the space the tyre has.
