Ya, I'd love to know why its not convincing.

Nader's Yo Eddy was my second choice. Reason being repaint vs. original paint.

Also thought this needed a little explanation!

Congratulations to a worthy winner, but only six votes for DrCarlos' glorious Raleigh?! Any other month is have been all over that beauty!

I think nader is just trying to say that the ibis brand in general doesnt top his list of favorites.

I remember first seeing that candy blue szazbo in the showroom...damn near blew my mind!

That IBIS is the cats meow.
A well deserved win. Six months into the year and every month iv seen a serious contender for the big show.

Actually the statement is complete and needs no further explanation, it relates in general to the Ibis brand.

Ibis was and is certainly one of the best touring bikes but compared with some mountain bikes showed in this BOTM is far behind (I mean the riding characteristics). That's why the brand has not managed to be at the top.

So what is crucial hier?

Components? I can't see anything particularly or spectacular bit on it.
Or is it the original paint job? never understood what is supposed to be special at this paint job?

But I know it's built with passion and well staged, therefore deserved to win.
Congratulations to you Huelse ...and I am sure we will see more beautiful bikes of you.
