I took the Explosif into LBS and they sent it to Santana Tandems for welding I was told that it would come back needing some filing and paint but to my surprise not only did they file it they painted it.

So now I need to cut down the fork and start putting it together...

Are you going Ahead? what headset are you planning on?

I have an XT group, including headset, which will work even if it is a bit boring. Only problem is I don't have the Kona thingy that provides for a canti brake hangar so will have to use V-brakes for now.
