looking for a nice 7 speed hg70 cassette 12-28t or a 6/7 speed Uniglide cassette of similar toothage.
Might be after a silver rear mech too, like an stx-rc must be tight and straight.
pics and prices most welcome.

EDIT. Can't use the hg70 now. Not enough clearance between frame and chain. Anyone know if the 6 speed UG cassette will give more clearance?

Re: HG70 7 speed cassette or Uniglide 6/7 speed

I currently have one on my rear wheel. Just bought a bike not knowing that shimano cogs and a suntour mech do not work together. I'm just a newbie so it'll take me a week or two to get the tools to get it off. Also want to mention I am in the US.... So there's that. Let me know.

Hi, I've just tried a 7 speed hg cassette of same ratio and I'm not getting enough clearance between chain and frame. So I'm going to have to pass, pisser :(

I've possibly got a 6spd UG at home, will look at lunch.

Cheers

If you do have one can you please measure it's length, from back of largest sprocket to front of smallest. Thanks already
