How do I know what bb I need?
Other than seems fairly complete. Cranks could be replaced.
how do i clean the frame up without ruining it, wire wool and elbow grease?

Yeah, put it back in from the top and give it a few taps to loosen it if you haven't tried that already.

:facepalm: Ok bike is dead. fork tube completely fused to quill. Had a look and not worth the effort to me. Any of this any use to anybody. karma or offers plus postage.
Mostly xt bits feel free to ask as I know nothing
Frame and forks also up for grabs.
