And before anyone says anything about seat, seatpost, handlebars and all the other bits that usually get commented on, the rolling chassis has been thrown together just for the photo's.
 
The difference in the geometry between the two is pretty amazing.

Were they all custom built to the rider or is it just the height of the forks?
 
Forks are Exotic carbon, China's best.

As far as I know all Lloyds were custom made to suit the rider / equipment. I can only assume as it is so original that Ringo's bike is wearing the forks it was designed for. It certainly rides amazingly well.

Rob, the plan has always been silver and black only. I always start my builds with the colour scheme and look of the completed bike in mind, as the CATS was originally silver, that set the tone of the build (did you see what I did there?).

Gotta dash now, I have horses and a trailer to attend to; hopefully I'll be back on line later.
