Brake lever options

Not exactly two finger, but I just bought some new ss5k levers and they are pretty neat and compact, not like the big ugly 90's Shimano offerings.

I'm going to try these first on my Caygill and if they don't work out I'll try some Shimano M600's which I like a lot.

Most where '2 finger' back then (early 90's). You had to buy cheap or look for 4 finger levers.

Best you can get are m900 or the XT/DX servowave equivalent. Not the lightest and you need to live with the shifter mount section or lop it off.

ServoWave was originally a Canti Tech, they just used it a bit later for V's (craply for the M600 series as it wasn't really) and later it lost its 'wave' and what was servo I don't know ;-) Of course later again is back out on disc's

anyway.
XTR :M900, M910
XT :M092 (the original), M095, M737, M738
DX :M075

all 2 finger, but all will need the shifter hanger lopping of if you don't want them. some come of neater/easier than others
