Is this a 92 model stumpy

Just phoned up specialized and was told that there records didn't go back that long,
The serial number starts with 92
Is this a stump jumper
I know it's a s works
Was told that there was a few special models that the built with lawwill leader shocks.

Whats the serial number? Looks like M2 92' Team frame to me, should start with 92T, picture of rear mech drop out will confirm as they differ through the years and a good way to confirm year.

No its a M2 S-Works team frameset, hence the custom build and leader forks etc.

Google "Specialized M2 stumpjumper": there's a ton of stuff on this bike. Basically it's Stumpjumper geometry in lighter and stiffer tubing made of a special alloy. Eg
