Well, it's not a great description I must admit.
But there is play in the BB, Front and Rear Hubs, The elastomer is stiff at the rear. The frame has some rust and could do with a re-paint. The forks move and the HS seems OK
We have a lot of cycles in the shop and many to build, this one would take too much labour for the final cost and has more of a retro appeal which is why I have decided to put it on here, CHEAP
