Im no expert but if that wasnt an Overbury's Pioneer I would be very surprised. It's even in its homeland

Looks like someone offered a BIN.

Loads of stuff doesn't seem to go the distance lately. Can't really blame either buyer or seller. Especially if you can avoid the high ebay and Paypal fees. Very frustrating though
